BeeHustle Terms

These terms apply when a company, founder, hiring manager or representative uses BeeHustle to submit a vacancy, receive candidate suggestions, request introductions, or engage the BeeHustle founder for hiring support.

Acceptance of these terms

By submitting a vacancy, requesting candidate suggestions, reviewing a candidate profile, receiving a HustleFit™ profile, interviewing a candidate, or otherwise continuing discussions about a candidate introduced by BeeHustle, the client confirms that it has read and accepts these terms as published on this page, unless a separate written agreement has been signed.

If a client does not accept these terms, it should not review, interview, contact, hire, contract with, or otherwise engage candidates introduced by BeeHustle.

1. Who provides the service

BeeHustle is the commercial name used for the founder-led hiring and talent matching work described on this website. References to “BeeHustle”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the BeeHustle service.

2. Services

BeeHustle may provide one or more of the following services:

• Beta matching: lightweight vacancy intake and AI-assisted/manual matching against BeeHustle’s developing talent database.
• Pay-per-hire search: founder-led recruitment support for confirmed roles, including sourcing, screening, introductions and candidate follow-up.
• Embedded hiring support: monthly hiring support for teams that need ongoing sourcing, screening, process, feedback and closing support.

3. BeeHustle is not a marketplace

BeeHustle is not a self-serve marketplace, employment agency platform, job board, payroll provider, employer of record or contracting platform. BeeHustle does not employ candidates, does not represent that candidates are available at all times, and does not guarantee that a vacancy will receive a match.

4. Beta matching terms

Companies may submit a vacancy for free through the BeeHustle beta form. Beta matching is intentionally lightweight and may use AI-assisted screening, manual review and the founder’s network to identify potential matches.

• Submitting a vacancy is free.
• No tiring intake call is required before submitting a beta vacancy.
• BeeHustle may contact the client if there appears to be a relevant match.
• BeeHustle may share a HustleFit™-rated profile or summary where relevant.
• There is no guarantee of candidate availability, suitability, response, interview, offer acceptance, performance or retention.
• There is no free replacement guarantee for beta matches.

5. Beta matching fees

A fee is only due if the client hires, contracts with, or otherwise commercially engages a candidate introduced through a BeeHustle beta match.

6. Pay-per-hire search terms

For pay-per-hire recruitment, BeeHustle provides a more active search process for roles confirmed by the client. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the fee is 10% of the candidate’s first-year gross annual salary.

• Invoices are issued when the candidate signs or otherwise formally accepts the offer.
• Invoices are payable within 30 days, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• A candidate introduced by BeeHustle remains a BeeHustle introduction for 12 months from the date of introduction.
• If the client hires the candidate within that period, the applicable fee is due, even if the client later reconnects with the candidate through another route.

7. Pay-per-hire replacement guarantee

Pay-per-hire search includes a free replacement guarantee for 3 months from the candidate’s start date, provided that:

• the original invoice was paid within the agreed payment terms;
• the candidate leaves or is dismissed for performance or fit reasons;
• the departure is not caused by redundancy, restructuring, material role changes, hiring freeze, compensation changes, misconduct by the client, or circumstances outside the candidate’s control;
• the client notifies BeeHustle promptly and gives BeeHustle a reasonable opportunity to work on a replacement.

The replacement guarantee is a replacement effort only. It is not a refund guarantee.

8. Embedded hiring support

Embedded support is a monthly service for ongoing hiring capacity. The standard package supports up to 2 active roles per month. More than 2 vacancies per month, broader Talent Partner capacity, or a near-full-time/full-time People or Talent leadership setup can be discussed separately.

• Embedded support includes a 25-day trial period.
• After the trial, embedded support is invoiced monthly, unless agreed otherwise.
• If the agreed embedded support period is invoiced in one upfront payment, a 10% discount may apply.
• Embedded support does not include a candidate replacement guarantee.
• Embedded support is a service commitment, not a guarantee that a role will be filled.

9. Client responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate role information, salary or rate expectations, timely feedback, and clear communication about hiring decisions. The client must notify BeeHustle if it hires, contracts with, or commercially engages a candidate introduced by BeeHustle.

10. Candidate introductions and non-circumvention

A candidate is considered introduced when BeeHustle shares the candidate’s name, profile, CV, LinkedIn, summary, HustleFit™ profile, or otherwise makes the client aware of the candidate in relation to a role or hiring need. Reviewing or interviewing such a candidate is considered acceptance of these terms, unless a separate written agreement has been signed.

The client may not avoid fees by hiring the candidate directly, through another entity, through an affiliate, through a contractor setup, or through another route after BeeHustle has introduced the candidate.

11. No suitability or performance warranty

BeeHustle uses professional judgement, screening and HustleFit™ signals to improve matching quality. However, the client remains fully responsible for its own hiring decision, interviews, reference checks, employment terms, contractor terms and onboarding. BeeHustle does not warrant the future performance, conduct or retention of any candidate.

12. Confidentiality and data

Both parties should treat non-public business, vacancy, candidate and pricing information as confidential. Candidate and client data should be processed only for hiring-related purposes and in line with applicable data protection rules.

13. Payment and VAT

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless agreed otherwise in writing. Overdue invoices may pause ongoing services or candidate introductions.

14. Changes to these terms

BeeHustle may update these terms as the service evolves. The version published on this page applies unless a separate written agreement has been signed between BeeHustle and the client.

15. Governing law

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, these terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Belgium.
